Introduction
The hole opener is made of tough heat-treated alloy steel for maximum strength. The knife arm is equipped with a detachable knife, the surface is hardened and welded to the body. There are three types of cutters: SM type is used for soft to medium formations, MH type is used for medium to hard formations, and XH type is used for hard formations. The hole opener has three or six spray tubes with replaceable nozzles, so the spray can quickly clean enlarged holes. Our tungsten carbide insert (TCI) steel cone reamer is produced quickly, and we also customize the reamer according to the special requirements of customers.
The main structure features
The reamer with replaceable cutters was developed for large-diameter HDD projects, where extending downhole life is essential. Compared with small, conventional types of tools, larger bearings and tools significantly extend downhole life.
There are two types of replaceable milling cutter sets, TCI and grinding teeth, to adapt to the formation of various rocks. All drill bodies have 3-6 cutters and can make 4 holes of different sizes.
All tool bearings are metal sealed. The tool lock is used to prevent the tool from falling off.
Can provide 400-2000mm hole opener.

Field of use
